The MP card is an online payment card that requires an OTP (One-Time Password) for certain online transactions. This added step is for your security, ensuring only you can authorize payments.
2. Where will I receive the OTP?
The OTP will be sent to your registered email address linked to your Exchanga Pay account. Make sure you have access to this email and check your inbox (and spam/junk folder if needed).
3. How can I complete my online payment with OTP?
To successfully complete an MP card payment:
- Enter your MP card details at checkout.
- If the transaction requires extra verification, you will be prompted for an OTP.
- Check your email inbox for the OTP sent from Exchanga Pay.
- Enter the OTP on the payment screen to confirm your purchase.
4. What happens if I don’t enter the OTP?
- The payment will fail if you don’t enter the OTP.
- Without the OTP, the transaction cannot be authorized and will not go through.
