1. Why am I not receiving my OTP when linking my TP card?
When linking your TP card to Apple Pay or Google Pay, an OTP (One-Time Password) is required for verification.
The OTP will not be sent by SMS or email directly — instead, you will first need to click on the verification email prompted by Apple Pay or Google Pay, and then the OTP will appear inside the Exchanga Pay app under Notifications.
2. Where should I check for the OTP?
You should always check the Notifications tab inside your Exchanga Pay app.
Remember: The OTP will only appear after you click on the verification email when prompted during the Apple Pay / Google Pay setup.
3. How can I fix this issue?
To successfully link your TP card:
- Start adding your TP card to Apple Pay or Google Pay.
- When prompted, click on the verification email sent to your registered email address.
- Open the Exchanga Pay app.
- Go to the Notifications tab and find your OTP.
- Enter the OTP in Apple Pay or Google Pay to complete the linking process.
4. What happens if I don’t click the email or enter the OTP?
- If you don’t click the email, the OTP will not show up in the Exchanga Pay app.
- Without the OTP, your TP card cannot be linked to Apple Pay or Google Pay.
