1. Why is my account deactivated?

Your account has been deactivated because we did not receive your subscription payments for the last 3 months. To keep accounts active, subscription fees must be paid on time each month.

2. How much is the subscription fee?

The subscription fee is 50 USDT per month.

3. How much do I need to pay now?

Since your account has been inactive for 3 months, the total outstanding amount is:
50 USDT × 3 months = 150 USDT

This needs to be paid in full before your account can be reactivated.

4. How can I regain access to my account?

To restore your account:

1. Log in to Exchanga Pay.
   
    
2. Deposit at least 150 USDT (excluding gas fees of 10 USDT)
   
    
3. The subscription fee will be automatically deducted from your crypto wallet.
   
    
4. Once payment is confirmed, your account will be reactivated automatically.
   
    

5. What happens if I don’t pay?
